1. Advance Payment:
50% of the total amount must be paid in advance to confirm any room booking or restaurant reservation.

2. Balance Payment:
For room bookings, the remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of check-in.
For restaurant reservations, the balance must be paid either before or immediately after the meal.

3. No-Show & Refund Policy:
The advance paid is non-refundable in case of a No Show.
No refund policy is applicable on all confirmed bookings.

4. Payment Methods & Charges:
No transaction charges on payments made via UPI (QR Code or UPI ID).
2% + GST payment gateway charges apply for payments made via Credit/Debit cards.
In case UPI is down, guests may request a payment link from Delight Carnival.
Guests must inform the restaurant/hotel in advance if payment will be made via Delight Carnival.

5. Taxes:
Government taxes as applicable will be charged on all bookings and services.

6. BV (Business Volume) Policy:
The person who pays for and collects food from the restaurant to deliver to the guest will have the BV (Business Volume) credited to his/her folio.

7. General Terms & Conditions:
All standard hotel policies must be followed.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All reservations are subject to availability, and prior booking is mandatory.
Verbal agreements or commitments will not be considered valid.
Blackout dates apply; offers or reservations are not valid on these dates.
Management reserves the right of admission.
In the event of any dispute or misunderstanding, the decision of the hotel/restaurant shall be final.
Any legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
Child policies as defined by the hotel are final.
Additional charges may apply for any extra services or facilities requested.
Gifts of the same value can be exchanged upon request.
All payments to Delight Members should be made payable to “Delight Carnival Private Limited”.
Daily & MTD transactions to be shared with the company for monthly settlement. Non claimed transactions will not be considered post 48 hrs.
